Emergency Dispatch · Last updated: 7 November 2026 · Türkçe
Emergency Dispatch is a game made by Birkin Apps (Süleyman Gökhan Birkin, Istanbul). You play the operator of a fictional city's emergency call center. This page explains what the game does with your data. In short: the game has no accounts, no ads, no tracking and no analytics. Your progress stays on your device. Data leaves your device only if you turn on voice mode with AI and agree to it.
Data that stays on your device
- Your settings (language, tempo, sound and speech options) and your game progress are saved on your device only.
- The first time you ask a question in voice mode, a random installation ID is created and saved on your device. It is not your device's hardware ID. It leaves your device only if you turn on voice mode with AI (see below).
- Deleting the app deletes all of this.
Microphone and speech recognition (voice mode)
Voice mode is optional and off until you turn it on in Settings. The microphone is used only while you are talking to a caller. Your voice is not recorded or stored.
- iPhone and iPad: speech is turned into text on your device.
- Android: speech is turned into text on your device when your device supports it. If it does not, your device's own speech recognition service (for example Google's) may process the audio under that service's privacy policy.
In the basic voice mode the game understands your question on the device, without AI, and nothing is sent anywhere.
Voice mode with AI (optional, with your consent)
If you turn on voice mode with AI and agree to the consent screen, the game first tries to understand your question on the device. Only when it cannot, it sends the following to the game's server and to the AI service it uses (Anthropic's Claude):
- the text of your question (not your voice),
- the details of that call: the caller's opening line, the earlier lines of the conversation, the game's prepared answers and a short description of the caller,
- your random installation ID.
The game's server does not keep what you said or the replies. Its logs contain only numbers and result codes. The installation ID is kept for two days as the key of a daily usage counter and is then deleted automatically. How long Anthropic keeps the text is set by its own terms: anthropic.com/legal/privacy.
When this feature is available, the caller's AI reply may also be read aloud with an AI voice. For that, only the reply text (not your words) is sent from the game's server to Google Cloud's text-to-speech service: policies.google.com/privacy.
You can turn voice mode with AI off at any time in Settings. Turning it off withdraws your consent, and voice mode continues on your device only.
AI-generated voices
The voices of the callers, the mayor and the neighboring district's operator are generated with AI (Google Gemini). They are not real people's voices. The city, its people and its incidents are fictional.
What the game does not do
- No accounts and no sign-in.
- No ads, no advertising ID, no tracking across apps or websites.
- No analytics or crash-reporting services in this version.
- No selling or sharing of your data for marketing.
Children
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. The basic game sends no data at all.
Your choices and rights
You can use the whole game without voice mode with AI. To remove everything stored on your device, delete the app. Because the server keeps no text and the installation ID expires after two days, there is nothing else for us to delete. If you have a question or a request, write to us.
Changes
If the game starts to handle data in a new way (for example, crash reports in a later version), this page and the date above will be updated before that version is released.
